Great Ride Saturday!
« on: February 23, 2015, 08:52:05 AM »
Went from Loon Lake over Debar to Meacham Lake then over to Deer Valley via the Mc Cavanaugh Pond Trail past Margaritaville. 1o2 miles r/t.  Its was as good as it gets!  Just a couple of moguls on top of Debar but there's always a few there no matter what.Got another 3 or 4 inches of fluff saturday night.  Trails are great get out and ride and support the people up north!

Was up all last week, what riding there was, one day we passed more groomer's then sleds. Rode in Clinton and St. lawerence Counties also. You should try S72 just past the Red Tavern, fantastic trail.

Hopefully we are coming up that way soon!  Riding has been fantastic here in WNY, but we still come up there because we love the scenery and like to support the local establishments!

I follow the this group, (on Facebook) over in Clinton County, Northern Tier Snorunners Snowmobile Club, Clinton County, N.Y. as they do a pretty good job of update's. If they have snow you can probably bet that Mountain view area is in the same or better shape, snow wise (albeit grooming). Over the years I have seen enough snow in Mt View area to ride etc. and hardly anything over towards Clinton. This year, they got lots of snow there.  Just food for thought.
