« on: August 20, 2017, 08:32:36 AM »
Adirondack Snow Drifters meeting minutes December 1, 2016.

Members in attendance:  Roxy and Floyd Morter, Alex Bryden, Adam Gadway, Eric Johnson, David Warner Jr., Shirley Lamitie, Christine Lamitie, Charles Bryden, Ron Monette, Bailaia Hart, Shannon Hart, Chris Larock, Don Moll, Rob Denton, and Lynn Raymond.

Meeting was called to order by Roxy.

Discussion was opened to what would be required to continue the club.
A motion was then made by Floyd and seconded by Alex to dissolve the club.
After more discussion, a vote was taken and passed to dissolve the club.

The officers will be taking inventory of the equipment and attending the Franklin County Federation meeting to see what the next necessary steps are.

We thank Ron, Brenda, and all of the staff at the Trailside for hosting us for all of these years.
Thank you to everyone who has participated over the years.  It is a sad end to a wonderful club.

Yes, this is sad news for me and I am sure others as well. I live just outside the Buffalo area and snowmobiling in the ADK and staying at Trailside is always a wintertime pleasure. I have been a member of your club for several years and on occasion have been able to join in on the club meetings. However, living 6+ hours away makes it hard to attend meeting when not in the area. I wish I could have helped more but the distance has been a stopper for me. I wish you all well and still intend on snowmobiling in the area. Snow permitting that is.  This area provides the best snowmobiling I have ever had.

Ride Safe,
Dave Meacham
